Robo Ice Cream robotic soft-serve vending machine by Sweet Robo
What you sell

Not a freezer. A soft‑serve robot.

Classic ice cream vending machines drop a pre-packed bar from a freezer. Yours makes a dessert to order: fresh soft-serve in a cup, topped the way each guest chooses, served while they watch.

Your robot at work: every cup is served live behind the glass.
What you restock
Soft-serve mix, cups, toppings and syrups. Training covers every step.
Your guests’ pick
Two soft-serve flavors or a mix of both, plus 3 toppings and 3 syrups, chosen on the touchscreen.
Ready in 35 seconds
About 35 seconds from tap to a topped 7oz paper cup.
Kept chilled
The mix stays refrigerated inside the machine.
Easy to pay
Guests pay right at the machine, with card, bill and coin options.

Where owners put their robots.

Real installs. Every spot was chosen by its owner. Already run a venue? Add a dessert your guests stop to watch.

Your First Hire

The employee who never calls in sick.

Ask any shop owner what wears them down: hiring, training, covering shifts, replacing people who quit. Your robot takes that off your plate and serves every cup with the same recipe.

Your job: Pick the spot, keep it stocked and clean, and watch every sale in the app.

    Hands-on, before launch

Our team trains you hands-on: operation, cleaning, refilling the mix, toppings and cups, and the operator app.

  3. Open for business

    Your robot starts serving

Set it up at the spot you chose and start serving. Every sale shows in the app, and our US-based team is on video and chat.

Included: onboarding, training, a warranty and US-based support

Starting out

Questions from first-time owners.

How much does Robo Ice Cream cost?

It is a commercial machine and a one-time purchase, yours to own. Pricing depends on the setup you choose, so our team sends you pricing and specs. Fill out the form and we will get them to you.

I already run a venue. Is this for me?

Yes. Owners add Robo Ice Cream to arcades, family entertainment centers, hotels and stores they already run. Guests order and pay on their own, so it adds a dessert option without adding staff.

How much space and power does it need?

It is a full-size commercial machine, not a countertop unit, and it needs an electrical connection. Our team sends the exact footprint, height and power requirements with your pricing, so you can check your spot before you order.

How long until my machine is serving?

It depends on shipping to your location. We confirm your delivery date when you order and train you while the machine is on its way.

What if something stops working?

Every machine comes with a warranty and a US-based support team on video and chat that helps you troubleshoot and get back to serving.

What do I restock, and how often?

Soft-serve mix, 7oz cups, toppings and syrups. How often depends on how many cups you sell, and the app shows every sale so you know when to visit. Training covers refilling and cleaning step by step.

Do I need business experience?

No prior business experience is required. Before your machine goes live, our team trains you hands-on on operation, cleaning, refilling and the operator app, and a US-based support team is on video and chat after launch.

Do I need to hire staff?

No one has to stand at the machine. Guests order on the touchscreen and the robot serves each cup. Your part is restocking, keeping the machine clean, and checking your sales in the app.

Where do I put the machine?

That is your call: you choose the spot and agree terms with the venue directly. Family entertainment centers, arcades, food courts, hotels and resorts are common choices. Read our guide to choosing a venue.

Do I need a permit to sell ice cream?

Rules for selling food differ by city and state, so check with your local health department before you open. Our team can answer questions about the machine for your application.

What does one sale look like?

Take the example on this page: a serving sells for $6, and the ingredients and cup cost about $0.60, which leaves $5.40 gross profit on that one serving. That is before venue rent or revenue share, card fees and taxes. You set your own price, so try yours on the receipt above.

Is this a freezer vending machine?

No. Freezer machines drop a pre-packed bar. Robo Ice Cream serves fresh soft-serve into a 7oz paper cup in about 35 seconds: two flavors or a mix of both, with 3 toppings and 3 syrups picked on the touchscreen.

I am a distributor or reseller. Can we talk?

Yes. Choose "Distributor / Reseller" in the form and the right person on our team gets back to you.

Be the owner. Let the robot work the counter.

Tell us where you plan to put it, if you know. We send pricing, specs and the footprint and power it needs, and walk you through training and support.
